Source One Plastics GmbH is a young German-Dutch joint venture between two established players in the global circular economy. It has set itself the task of processing post-consumer plastic waste, which until now has mostly been incinerated, for reuse with one of the world's most modern and energy-efficient sorting and recycling plants. With material flexibility, digital control and innovative technology, it takes the circular economy to a new level of sustainability.

To build up our new team for the production plant, which is currently still under construction, we are looking for committed candidates (m/f/d) who will accompany us on our successful path with maximum drive and help shape the Source One mission as part of a unique team. Characters for whom the profession is still a vocation, in the most important tasks of our time.

Job offer

Your tasks:

• You look after and maintain our newly constructed building including the associated paths and squares
• You coordinate our external service provider and carry out performance monitoring
• You will maintain and update the existing technical documentation
• You check the maintenance measures
• You check compliance with statutory/official inspections of buildings and technical systems
• You carry out regular property inspections to determine the condition of the building
• You identify and analyse cost reduction potentials and implement them

Our requirements:

• You have manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Preferably you have some work experience
• You are strongly service-orientated
• You are resilient, responsible and a team player
• An independent and solution-orientated way of working is a matter of course for you
• It would be an advantage if you have a valid class B or BE driving licence
• You are interested in long-term cooperation in a sustainable company with its own new building
